MOTOR-CYCLIST SEVERELY DEALT WITH » Dominion Special. Christchurch, November 19. ; On October 30 Arthur Mills was in a hurrv to get to a' bach at New Brighton. However, Constable J. Hislop noticed him when he was riding his motor-cycle at sixty miles an hour along Page’s Road near the tramway bridge. To-dav, before Mr. H. A- Young, S.M., Mills was fined £25, his present driving license was suspended until Manli 31 next, and he was disqualified from holding another license for eighteen months.
