OTAGO HARBOUR IMPROVEMENT SCHEME

Voluminous correspondence and cablegrams to and from London in connoc;ion with the £350.000 harbour improvement scheme, were considered by tho Harbour Board. It wos decided that the engineer should not call for tefliders for the dredge, but should return to tho Dominion at once. The whole position is to be reviewed on his return.
