FORESTERS’ CONFERENCE
Tho business of the conference of A.O.F. was concluded on Thursday, x>io« T Mark, D.C.R., presiding. It was resolved that the next triennial meeting be held in Eketahuna. The district auditors were reappointed. lue conference expressed its appreciation or the work of the district trustees, and accorded them a hearty vote ot thanks for their able handling of the <hstiiet. funds. District officers of Auckland and Canterbury were m attendance and expressed their thanks on behalt of their districts for the hospitality of 'Wellington, which has not been exceeded by any other portion. Amendments to rules were biou o ht fo ward, and with some exceptions were passed with, slight alteration. Iho new rule regarding secession, after an a mated debate, was adopted without alteration.
