Respondent went to the war, said tho petitioner, and she received allotment money from him. Ethel Page, giving evidence, said she had'livcd in tho same house as tho parties of the petition in 1.916. On Hie only night the respondent stayed in his wife’s apartments, he had supper with witness 'and her husband hnd the petitioner, and breakfast the next morning. “On the morning after ho had stopped there his wife told- me they had agreed uot to live together,” said witness. A decree' nisi wds granted.
