CENSURE MOTION DEFEATED BY ONE VOTE. Melbourne, October 28. In the House of Beprrsentatives the censure motion was defeated by 33 votes to 32. Mr. Hay, of the Country Party, voted with the Government. Mr. Bell, of the Country Party, was late for tha division.—Press Assn. [Last week, Dr. Earle Page, leader of the Country Party, moved to reduce the Defence Estimates by dll, but the motion was defeated by 39 votes to 19, the Nationalists and Country Party voting together. Dr. Page then, moved to reduce the Estimates by 10s., and the motion was regarded by the Government as a want-of-confidonce motion.]
