INTERNATIONAL- REGULATIONS. (Rec. October 28, 7.25 p.m.) ‘ Geneva, October 27. The Labour Conference, after a heated debate, decided by 74 votes to 20 that it was competent to dryt international regulations for agricultural labour. The French Government representatives strongly opposed the decision. —Reuter.
