DEFINITE PROPOSALS SOUGHT. (Rec. October 28, 10.15 p.m.) London, October 27. Colonel Amery, chairman of the Overseas Settlement Committee, conferred with' the Dominion emigration representatives with a view to obtaining definite proposals on which, the Government could base a Bill for submission to next session authorising emigration in accordance with the two millions’ loan scheme adopted .by the Imperial Conference.
