GOVERNAIENT CONTEMPLATING ACTION. The Alinister’ wrote, stating that the question of waterfront la'bour had foi some time past been engaging his close attention, and ho hoped to be able to submit certain nroposals on the subject to Parliament for consideration during tho coming session. Tho executive decided to form o depufation to the Afinister on the subject, Captain !■’. Colbeck (Dominion vice-presi-dent) to bo the spokesman.
