MR. M'CULLOUGH REAPPOINTED. The resignation of Air. J. A. Mr. Al'Cullough, however, expressed his willingness to be reappointed, and as he was the only candidate for the position his reappointment was regarded as a foregone conclusion. It is now officially announced that Mr. Al'Cullough is again tho workers’ representative on the bench, but ho has informed Mr. Justice Frazer that he will he unable to Lake his seat for two or three weeks, and consequently His Honour has summoned Air. Af. J. Reardon, the acting nominated inember of tho Court, to take Mr. M'Cullough s place in the meanwhile. In all probability- there will be a sitting of ' the Court in AVellington on Thursday prior to going to Auckland, where the sittings will commence on Monday next.
