QUESTION OF REINFORCEMENTS BRITISH REPLY TO FRENCH NOTE By Telegraph—Press Association— Gonyrlght Paris, July 20. Tho “Petit Journal” states that the British reply to the French Note contests the necessity of sending reinforcements to Upper Silesia, and insists on an early meeting of the Supreme Council. —Aus.N.Z. It. is understood that Lord Curzon had a lengthy interview with the French Ambassador and proposed that the Supreme Council meet at Boulogne on July 28 to disouss the Upper Silesia question,— Aus.-N.Z.
