MONEY MARKET. The Bank of England discount rate, which had stood at 5 per cent, since April 5. 1917. on which date it was reduced from 51 per cent., was raised to 6 per cent, on November 6. 1919, to 7 per cent, on April 15 1920. and reduced to 6i per cent, on April 28. 1921. OPEN .MARKET RATE. The open market rate for three months’ bill is nominally per cent, as compared with 5) per cent, last week and 62 per cent, last year. Slfort loans aro quoted at 5 per cent., an against 6 per oont. last week, and 5$ per cent, last year.
