COMPLAINTS OF DELAY
At yesterday’s meeting of the Education Board Mr. A. J. White (who is secretary of the School Committees Association! moved the following motion in committee:—“That the action of the responsible person or persons in delaying answers to letters, etc., is not in the best interests of the board, committees, or public. That the withholding of information from board members places the said members in n false position. Tha resolutions carried at board meetings should be put into effect more P™“P U -'■ Before the motion was submitted, tlie chairman said he thought that it would l,e best to take the matter in committee. It was seemingly a reflection on memb M b r.° f W. h said that as the ww a grave reflection on the H°ff and in a measure a reflection on the members of the board, he would move that the motion be taken m committee Mr W H Field, M.P., seconded the motion, wljich was carried.
