MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
A PALMERSTON NORTH CASE.

In the Police Court to-day James Muir was charged with the manslaughter of Maurice Hicky on February 5 by running into him with a motor-car while deceased was cycling along Main Street. The evidence adduced' was similar to that given at the inquest. Accused was committed for trial, bail being allowed, self in <£loo and two sureties of A‘so each.
