i By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, April 7. Judgment was delivered in the Magistrate’s Court to-day by Mr. McCarthy, S.M., in the case in which Harold Rushwealth 'proceeded against James Leonard Parish to recover .£43 2s. 6d. The parties, arc? dainyni'en. The plaintiff bought his milk from defendant and recently was fined £2O and costs for selling milk deficient in fats. Ho sued for this amount and -£29 damages. The Magistrate gave judgment for £33 2s. 6d. and costs.
