PETONE JUNIOR CLUB
The annual meeting of the Petone Junior Chib was held last night (Mr. W. G. Fraser presiding over a good attendance' of bmembere. 'Pho report showed that tho membership stood at 113, and that 41 new members had been enrolled during the year. A new match billiard table and snooker set had been purchased, and 45 new volumes had been added to the library. Tho credit balance was considered satisfactory. The committee placed on record its appreciation of the sen ices rendered to the club by Messrs. A. J. Potato:. H. Bond, D. Taylor, Blyth, and Liebezeit. , , The report and balance-sheet were adotpod. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follow: —President, Mr. A. J. I’ointen; vice-presidents, Messrs. J). Taylor, W. G. Fraser, J. R. Croft: hon. secretary, Mr. K. L. Usmar; hon. treasurer, Mn IV. Pere; hon auditor, Mr L. Marsden; executive committee, Messrs. H. Bon’d. C. Young, V. Jacobson, R. Pomfrey, P. Bond, and E. Hogg.
