MAGISTRATE’S COURT

There were only a few police prosecutions at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning. Mr. It. IV. Bundle, S.M., was on the Bench. For committing an indecent act in a public street Terence Hart was fined A 3. Andrew Thompson was fined 10s. for drunkenness, and .62 for discharging offensive matter in the street. Convicted for the third time for drunkenness, Charlie Ratu was fined 205., with the option- of 48 hours’ imprisonment.
