PROVISIONAL AGREEMENT WITH CHINA.

Russia and China have reached a provisional commercial agreement, the Soviet guaranteeing to discontinue propaganda in China and compensate the Chinese for losses sustained in Russia. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
