OBSERVANCE IN AUSTRALIA. Sydney, April 6. The Acting-Premier (Mr. Dooley) has announced that Anzac Day will be observed as a sacred day, and not a public holiday. It is stated that the Premier of South Australia has intimated that South Australia will observe the day as a sacred day.—Press Assn.
