STRONG FACTIONAL FRICTION.

Sydney, April 1

The annual conference of the Australion Labour Party unanimously adopted a report by the executive censuring tho Government for not calling an early meeting of Parliament; and also for refusing to make appointments to the Legislative Council.

Tho conference was marked by strong factional friction and considerable disorder. In one case two members resorted to blows.—Press Assn.
