NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS
SHIPMENT OF RATES AND ROLLING STOCK. London, March 31. Shipments to the New Zealand Govern, ment’s order of twelve thousand tons of rails will begin in April. Wheels and axles have already been shipped to New Zealand. The first locomotives will be sent in June, and thereafter at the rate of four per week until forty-five have been dispatched. Twenty-five hundred wagons will follow. —Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
