Mr. Hoover (Secretary of Commerce) has announced that the resumption of trade relations between the United States and Russia is impossible, until Bolshevism is abandoned or overthrown. March 22, 5.5 p.m.) , London, March 21. Major Lioyd-Grcame, replying to a' question, said that British merchants doing business under the Anglo-Soviet agreement must look to themselves for a successful issue to their commercial undertakings. The Government had a right to send an official commission to Russia to facilitate and carry out the agreement to protect the interests of British sub-jects.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
