The newspapers give prominence to a Revnl telegram declaring that the insurgents on Saturday night recaptured Kronstadt, whither the Revolutionary Committee has returned from Finland. There is no confirmation of the message,—Reuter. PLIGHT OF WRANGEL’S ARMY AN APPEAL TO AMERICA. (Rec. March 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 2L The French Government has discontinued support for Wrangel’s army at Constantinople. Wrangel is appealing to America to save the last anti-Bolshervist army from dissolution. —"The Times.” RUSSO-POLISH PEACE REJOICINGS AT WARSAW. (Rec. March 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 21. The signing of the Russo-Polish peace was celebrated at Warsaw with great rejoicings.—“ The Times.”
