third annual season of the New Zealand Chautauqua will open on Wednesday evening nt the Farmers’ Institute Hall. The concert of the evening will be given by a gifted party of Australian and New Zealand .artists. “Some Political Problems of John Bull and Uncle Sam,” the subject of the lecture by Captain Norman Allan Imrie, of Canada, is reported as being a masterful lecture on a timely subject, and delivered with true Canadian punch and vigour.
