MANIFESTO AGAINST BOLSHEVISM AND CAPITALISM. (Rec.' November 7, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 6. A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Geneva International in London, Mr. Arthur Henderson presiding, issued ft manifesto urging workers "to fight for the ideals of democratic socialism against lihe slavery of Capitalism and against tho tyrannical dictatorship of Bolshevism." Mr. Winston Churchill, speaking at London, said we must recognise the dangers of Bolshevism, w.Mbh are worldwide, with small bands in every city of Britain.
