A TEMPORARY PROVISION. Superannuated 'teachers and Civil Servants are in doubt as tb whether the proposed increases in their superannuation are of a permanent or of a temporary nature. The proposal, as.a matter of fact, is a temporary provision to meet the increased coßt of living. The vote of ivos taken for this year only.
