Jennings (Wnitomo) asked in tlip House of Kepresentatives if tho Minister of Public Works would mako available tho report of the engineers on tho trial survey of tho Wnitnra-Moknu line. He said that some gentlemen were prepared to consider proposala for tho construction of this linn, eo as to'develop tho rich resources of tho Mokan valley, including coal, lime, and. timber.
