CHEESE REGULATIONS
Regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, relating- to fhe packing! of cheese appear in this week's Gazette. It is provided—(l) Every owner of a registered dairy manufacturing clieeso shall toeep his cheese on_ shelves for at least 14 days before packing them; and (2) lie shall also, before sending any choose to an appointed grading storo, plainly mark on every package of such cheese tho vat number and day and month of tho manufacture of such checse.
