FREEHOLD FOR, PAHIATOA TENANTS. As the outcome of a long discussion in committee, which terminated in the early hours of this morning, the City Council decided to enter into arrangements to grant the freehold tenure to the tenants on the Pahiatua endowment, subject to certain conditions and the sanction of Parliament.
