PRICE OF GAS IN AUCKLAND
—r» —— PROTEST AGAINST INCREASE.
By Tefegraph—Press Association. Auckland, October 14. The further increase in the price of pas announoed by the Auckland Gas Company was discussed at a meeting of the Auckland Gaa Employees' Union. It was decided to make inquiries of the Board of Trado" as to whether the present price of coal warranted, the increased charge. The Labour Representation Committee has decided to protest against the increase.
