MOVEMENT IN BAYARIA MILITARY LEADERS ACTIVE (By Telegraph-Prees Assooiation-Ooiiyrifflit London, September 20. Reports from Germany appear to indicate that monarchist schemes are afoot in Bavaria. The "Vorwacrts" says that the Socialists in North Bavaria hare sent a message to tho German Government stating! that- ITindenburg, Ludendorlf, and the ex-King of Bavaria will attend a shooting competition of tho Bavarian local forces at Mnnibli on Septcmbor 21 and 25, and that military circles have mado minute preparations for the establishment of military dictatorships. It is significant in thin connection that ft meeting of the Bavarian People's Party at Bamberg on Saturday passed a resolution by a large majority affirming tho right of individual States to choose thei\- own form of governriient, conduct their own foreign policy, control their own taxation, and have a defenco force formed on a basis of Federal contingents.—Reutcr.
