The Ameer of Bokhara, who escaped before the Bolsheviks arrived, is negotiating with the Ameer of Afghanistan for help, and will probably seek refuge in Kabul. Documents which have fallen into tho hands of tho invaders show that friendly sentiments and promises of assistance from Afghanistan to Bokhara were addressed after tho treaty with Britain had been conclude.
