« SIR THOMAS MACKENZIE'S MISSION. S<r Thomas Mackenzie, whose official mission to the United States was mentioned in ,1 cablegram from London published yesterday, has been authorised by the Gnvermnont to attend, as representative of New Zealand, a conference on Ivnde and commerce at Toronto. He will, also make inquiries in the United States regarding the possibilities of increased trade between America and New Zealand. He will make a report to the Government after liis return to this country.
