HARBOUR BOARD
The monthly meeting of the Harliour Board was held last night, Mr. J. G. Harkums presiding. • The board resolved to approve the engineer's plans lor a concrete breastwork at the northern end of Waterloo Quay reclamation parallel with Aotea Quay. It was resolved to call for tenders for the work, the tenders to be submitted by December next. ~,,.., The engineer's plans for a. shelter-shed for waterside workers at Clyde Quay Wharf were aporoved, and he was authorised to proceed with the construction of the work.
