Wellington, was concluded in the Supreme Court late to-night before His Honour Mr. Justice Herdinnn and a common jury of twelve. Tho claim was for .£2098 19s. Id. clainnges for alleged falso and fradulent statements in connection with tho sole of land at Mount Whitnow, Okuku. Defendant counter-olaimed for JJ5500 on account of being induced by alleged fraud to part with the Mount Whitnow property to plaintiff. • The jury found for plaintiff for ,£1535 165., and also for Boag On the counter-claim.
