The dispersal sale of Mr. Rankin's Ayrshire herd at Ingle-wood Farm, Underwood, attracted, a large attendance of breeders from other parts of '-he Dominion. The top price, 102gns.. was obtained for the champion cor, Highland Mary, bought bv the Palmerston North breeder Mr. E. Buchanan. Most of the herd remains im. Southland. Good prices were* realised. >
