A COLD SNAP
Satur&iy night was extremely cold— perhaps the coldest night of a very cold week—and yesterday morning saw tho city under tho glistening veil of a heavy White frost, whilst every pool was encrusled with thick ice, which is quite an unusual happening in Wellington. Fortunately the weather yesterday was bright and sunny, and delightfully vigorating ouT; of doors. Last night was again very cold.
