A COLD SNAP

Satur&iy night was extremely cold— perhaps the coldest night of a very cold week—and yesterday morning saw tho city under tho glistening veil of a heavy White frost, whilst every pool was encrusled with thick ice, which is quite an unusual happening in Wellington.
