1 "PERRETT'S CORNER" CHANGES HANDS.
Dr. H. Harding, of Petone, lias disposed of that central and very valuable property at the corner of Manners and Willis Streets, known as "Perrett's Corner." and which was many years ago the residence of the lato Dr. Harding, whose memory is still treasured by the older residents of Wellington for his universal kindness, consideration, and medical skill. The property which has been disposed of, also includes the two-story brick premises at present let to Messrs. Cederholm and Co. and the National Provident Fund' Office. Tho old building on the corner is three stories high, and is of wooden construction. Tho whole property has a frontage to Manners Street of 82 feet by one of 71 feet to Upper Willis Street. The purchaser is Mr. James M'Donaid, proprietor of M'Donald's Buildings and billiard saloon, opposite, in Willis Street.
