President Guerra took refuge in tho United States Legation, which asked the revolutionaries to guarantee lug safety. It is understood that the revolutionary Government will make Bolivian foreign policy similar to that of the United States, especially with reference to the League of Nations—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
