ARRANGEMENTS FOR BIG FLIGHT. Washington, July U. The War Department announces that all arrangements for. the New York to Nome (Alaska) aeroplane flight have been completed. The machines are expected to start to-morrow. The Canadian 'Weather Bureau will co-operate with the United States Weather Bureau in furnishing -the flyers with daily reports.
