London, July 6. The oli'prings at the London sales included 1772 biles of New Zealand faulty nnd earixinisiug wools, ni.so short svourexls-. They showed 5 per cent, deolmej but other descriptions were unchanged. No slipes were offered. Crossbred lambs were unchanged. Realisations were: "Gibb," SGJiI.; "Oakpark." 51(1.; "Austin Downs," 45d. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable A-Mi.
The Bank of New Zealand has received llio -following cablegram from-its London office-, under date July 6:—"The aaleahavo opened with fairly Rood competition, and laftro attendance of buyers, but without quotable change in prices." lowing cablegram from London:—"Wool Bales opened to-day, heavy -withdrawals on account of no bids; very little sought; merino 5 per cent, cheaper, medium cross, bred fine crossbred about unchanged, coarso quite neglected,"
Messrs. Dalgcty and Company, Limited, roport having received the following cable pram from their London office, under data July 6;—" Fool 6.ilcs opened, and attend anco of buyerß is good. Selection fair, but competition limited, and very poor demand, except for better description!) of greasy merino woolb and greasy fine quality crossbred wools. Greasy medium qual ity crossbred, heavy withdrawals. A» compared with last sale's closing rates, good merino wools were par to 5 per cent lower, merino wools of other description! S per cent, lower. Scoured merino wools wore neglected, crossbred wools of. flnu quality wore unchanged,' erossbrod wools, medium qunlity. ivere unchanged, and crossbred wools, coarse, neglected."
