MISSION'TO ENGLAND COMPLETED. London, Tnne 23. ■Sir Peter M'Bride, Agent-General for Victoria, gave a farewell luncheon to Mr. A. Robinson, Victorian Attorney-General, who has completed his mission to Engfand. In the absence of Sir Peter M'Bride through indisposition, Lord Milnei\ Colonial Secretary, presided. The Chairman, said Mr. Ro'binson, was eminently qualified to strengthen the relations 'between England and Victoria. Mr. Robinson, in reply, said it seemed to him that one of the chief problems of Europe was tho food question. _ They coufM not hope to 1 get 'order until thcro wcro adequnto food supplies. He was sure Australia would do her best to supply. a.U she could.. Australia was deeply interested in settlement problems affecting Europe. Ho urged that if tho people in tho Homo Country were at any time confronted with unemployment they would turn their attention to parts of the ■Eriipiro requiring', extra citizens.
