NEW ZEALAND LEGHORN CLUB MEETING. At the annual meeting of the.New Zealand Leghorn Club, held at Palmerston .North, the balance-sheet showed a satisfactory state of things. Officers we.re elected as follow;—Preridcnt, Mr. J. •Tarvis; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. B.Cunninghame, W. Scott, 11. A. Clinch, B. M. Smith, AV. F Stent, and Mrs. B, G. Johnston; treasurer, Mr. J, Cunningliamc; council, Messrs. C. P. Bobert E. Evans, T. Brice, and J. Bcuttie. AVYANDOTTE CLUB. The sixth annual mesting of the Wyandotte' Club was held at Palmersfoii North this week, Mr. J. Jarvis presiding. The annual report stated that entries at Hawera were disappointinp—Bo less than the previous year at Palmerston North. The quality as a who'o was good. Tho club was in a satisfactory financial position. but mrtnlwrs wer» urged to increase the membership roll. The bal-ance-sheet showed a surplus of assets over liabilities of £73 lis. 7d., and a credit balance of ,£ls Us. 7d. The report and balance-sheet were adopted.. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Orpington Club (North Island) was presided over by Mr. John Jarvis. The annual report stated that considering tho many difficulties that had to be overcome the club's operations had been in a largo measure successful. It was satisfactory to state that the exhibit of Orpingtons was ouo of the. features of the 1919 show at Palmerston North, especially was this the case in tile utility section, tho classes of which were well filled. The entries in the fancy classes were few in numbers, lower than at any club show. The membership roll had received a few additional names during the year. meeting at Palmerston North this week. Mr. J. Cunuinghame Qreeident), in his annual report, said ilia exhibits at tlio first annual show wc-ro in numbers and quality far beyond the most ymguino expectations. Three handsome shields had now been provided for competition. The surplus assets over liabilities amounted to .£29 Is. 7d. The election of officers resulted ns follows:—President, Mr. J.
