The meeting is for householders only, and only voters are entitled to bo present. Tho qualifications are—(l) Tho voter must fee a parent (wherever resident) of a scholar attending th> school (both parents may lote); or (2) lie or she must be paying rent nf a house (not rooms) in the school district; or (3) lie or she must lie a ratepayer residing in tho said district.
