LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN
By Telegraph—Press Association. New. Plymouth, June 24. The conference of tho Legion of Frontiersmen concluded to-day. It was decided to provide a shooting cup to bo fired for by teams of five. A remit that doctors and nurses bo organised asi n unit of the legion was carried. Lmt.Colonel Weston, D.5.0., of New Plymouth, was unanimously elected staifcaptaiii of the legion, and the question of registering the legion was left to headquarters. 'The conference unanimously dccided on Gislxmie as the location of tho next conference.
