PRESIDENT SATS ONE BIG UNION CANNOT ENDURE. (Bee. June 15,. 7.45 p.m.) Montreal, June It. _Mr. Samuel _ Gompers asked the American Federation of Labour meeting to urge Congress to ratify the League of Nations. He said thei; League question, would probably be submerged' during the Presidential campaign, owing to pressing internal questions.
