KAGUIRE V. UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY. (Ree. June 16, 1.25 turn.) Melbourne, June 15. . Decision has boon reached by the Full High Court in the case of Maguir© against the Union Steam Ship Company. This was an appeal from a ruling by the New South Wales Supremo Court, which upheld the judgment in the Sydney District Court. Tho Court allowed the appeal and directed that the, order appealed from be set aside. It reversed) the District Court judgment and declared Maguire entitled to compensation in accordance with his earnings.—Press Assn.
