In compiling the new hand book, the rresidont and secretary liad possession of a copy of the Euglisji liugby Union's Hand Book of 1919-20, and the rules have been revised where necessary' to bring them into conformity with the English Rugby Union's compilation. ' The balance-sheet shows a credit of £52 18s. Bd.
