HARRY DEELEY ARRESTED FOUND HIDING IN A LOFT By Telegraph-Special Correspondent.' ■ Palmerston North, April 11. Although it was generally supposed that Harry Dcelcy (wanted by the police in connection with the murder of Mary Etheline Webby, at Pnlmerston North on March IS) had drowned himself in the Jlanawfltu Hiver, the supposition has proved to be incorrect. This afternoon at 3.30, Senior-Sergeant Fioser and Constable Gow arrested Deeley. They found him hiding under threo ov four feci of hay in a loft in Flyger's Line. AY'hen arrested, Dceley offered no resistance, and was immediately taken to the lock-up, where ho is now lodged. He will be brought before the Court in the morning, and will probably be remanded.
