SALE OF EASTBOURNE SECTIONS
At the rooms of Messrs. S. George Nathan nnd Co., Customhouse Quay, yesterday afternoon before a large audience tlie firm submitted 23 building sites situated County Boad nnd Marine Parade, Muratni. Bidding was spirited throughout and at'- the sale and shortly afterwards 15 sections wero sold, particulars of same being as follow: Lot 1, ,£137 lis. Bd.; Lot 2. JJltil 19s. 2d. ; Lot 3, JCI2O; Lot 7. ,£120: Lot.B. ,£120; Lot 9, ,£120; Lot 11, .£157 12s. 6d.; Lot 12. ,£190; Lot 13, ,£MO; Lot 14. ,£140; Lot 15, .£190; Lot 10, XUfl; Lot 17, il-10; Lot 19, JSI4O; 1 Lot, 20, XMO.
The next property offered was four sections at Bona Bay having a frontasre to Bima Street and County Boad. Theso four sections were offered in one lot and were passed in at ,£950. but were afterwards sold at the reserve price o{ .£IOOO. Tho firm also submitted a residence on a large section known as 215 Vivian Street, but as the reserve was not reached it was passed in.
