DECREES ABSOLUTE
In the Supreme Court yesterday before His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman, applications for decrees absolute wereheard.
The decree in the case of Wiggins v. Wiggins, wife's petition, was made absolute on the motion of Mr. E. K. Kirkcaldie, and custody of the children wis granted petitioner.
The case of Foreman v. Foreman, in which Mr. 0. S. Mnzengarb moved on helinlf of Alice Foreman, the petitioner, for a decree absolute and custody of the child, was adjourned until Wednesday next.
